Located in the Central Highlands, Dalat has a cool
environment throughout the year. However the most suitable time to come here is
July-August.
The best ways to arrive
By air: There are many
flights from Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City to Lien Khuong Airport in
Dalat. From here, you catch a bus to the city center for VND80,000 ($4) or a cab
for VND250,000-VND300,000/ person.
High-quality coach service: There are many
luxury coach services provided by Phuong Trang or Thanh Buoi companies. You can
purchase tickets at De Tham and Pham Ngu Lao streets in District 1 or Le Hong
Phong in District 5 for VND240,000 ($12)/ individual. The travel time is 8 to
nine hours. The fare may change throughout holidays.

Sights that should not be missed
Da Lat
market.
The art tunnel in the Tuyen Lam lake tourist website: This is
an underground sculptural work of 1.2 km long, explaining Dalat from the early
days through a special sculpture on basaltic soil. This tunnel is the current
tourist site in Dalat and has actually become preferred.
Xuan Huong Lake:
Found in the heart of the charming city, the crescent shaped lake is surrounded
by pine trees. It is an ideal place for couples. The fare for a horse buggy trip

Tuyen Lam Lake is the
biggest freshwater lake in Da Lat, which is home to a complex of unique

Dalat Train Station,

station is located at No. 1 Quang Trung, Ward 10. You can take a trip tour from
Da Lat to Trai Mat for VND80,000/ person ($4).
Mount Langbiang: Climbing to
the top of the mountain, you will be shocked by the charm of the mountains, and
the villages of K'Ho and Chu Ru people far away. Langbiang Mountain is located
in Lac Duong District, 14 km from Da Lat city. The entryway fee is VND10,000 and
the lease for a jeep approximately the mountain peak is VND40,000 ($2) per
